48 hours to inspect

Guarantee and review
After acceptance, the buyer continues to have the listing-defined guarantee window (which may be set in hours or days) to verify account health and open a documented dispute. A dispute pauses payout until management issues a decision.

After the 48-hour inspection window, delivery is automatically accepted if no dispute was opened. The listing warranty still remains in effect.
What happens if the seller does not deliver the account?
When the delivery deadline expires, the transaction is stopped, the payment enters the refund queue, and the listing is paused for review.
What is the immutable transaction snapshot?
It is a tamper-resistant copy of the title, price, description, images and account specifications captured at checkout and used for delivery checks and dispute resolution.
Can buyers and sellers chat directly?
No. To reduce social engineering and off-platform deals, the marketplace records only structured delivery, confirmation, evidence and dispute actions.
